Brazil, located in South America, was still also affected by Covid-19. Though special period, CHINT Brazil team turned the trend and successfully won the 145kV GIS power station project in Sao Paulo, empowering the development of Brazil’s electric power.
On October 19-20, CHINT and TSEA conducted technical training on GIS products for the client’s operation and maintenance engineers in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with a total of 9 people. The training is divided into theoretical and on-site practical training. From the indoor to the project site, CHINT’s technicians actively communicate with the owner, answer their questions and solve their doubts, and ensure the complete landing of GIS products from production, transportation, installation to after-sales.
This project is the first landing project of strategic cooperation between CHINT and Brazil TSEA, which has successfully filled the blank in Brazil’s GIS market. The project was signed in the second half of 2020. With the support of the client and the efforts of all CHINT staff, the project overcame many obstacles such as standards and technology and took several months to be officially delivered in January 2021.
