Overview

CHINT delivered a full EPC solution for the Lihao Semiconductor High-Purity Silicon Substation Project in Qinghai, China. Designed to operate reliably in high-altitude environments, the project covered design, construction, and supply of 110kV–145kV power equipment. CHINT’s turnkey services ensured high energy efficiency, safety, and short delivery time, supporting the stable operation of Lihao’s advanced semiconductor production lines.

Scope of Supply

138(69)kV 40MVA mobile substation, including 145kV HGIS, 138kV 40MVA power transformer, DC panel, AC panel, 40.5110kV transformer, 145kV compact intelligent eco-friendly GIS, MNS low-voltage switchgear, KYN28A-12(2) medium-voltage switchgear, 35kV capacitor bank.
