On 16 December 2018, SUNLIGHT Electrical Vietnam, a company of CHINT joined the "Run for the Heart" charity running at Celadon City. Understanding of the meaningful of event, SUNLIGHT was a part of program and sent to fund 137,100,000 VND. 

Besides, General Director of SUNLIGHT and more than 50 SUNLIGHT Staffs happily joined the running day.

With the message “Hearts to Hearts, Raise the Live”, this event attracted about 15,000 participants, raising over VND5 billion for “Heart Beat Fund”. This fund will support surgery to save more than 180 children with congenital heart disease in Vietnam. It has also received the companion of many famous artists in Vietnam.

“Run for the Heart” is an annual “Run for Charity” that is a joint effort between Heartbeat Vietnam Foundation and Gamuda Land, which aims to raise funds for poor children suffering from congenital heart disease across Vietnam, bringing them a bright future. This is also a commitment of event organization in the effort to build a healthy, civilized community through sport activities, raising awareness of health and promoting mutual affection in society.

Over the past six years, more than VND23 billion has been raised to help more than 890 children with free heart surgery, so children can play and run on their own feet, live healthily and reach for a bright future as they deserved.
