CHINT Global College, ETC was officially established recently. ETC means continuous charging, daily improvement and infinite possibilities. Its purpose is to create a good atmosphere for every colleague to learn and charging all the time.
Lily Zhang, President of ETC pointed out, "we learn not to know everything, but to face the unknown without fear." Her words turned into the driving force for CHINT colleagues to move forward and make unremitting learning and innovation in their future work.
The combination of theory and practice was the essence of ETC. All participants experienced a task challenge and teamwork under limited conditions through the overseas emergency risk city orientation.
Meanwhile, the participants received a series of training courses. Ms. Bubble, known as the person who draws sounds and the specially invited lecturer, delivered two days of visual guidance training to inspire team creativity and help improve work skills and communication efficiency.
From the business perspective, the leadership course directed by Lily Zhang emphasized the power of team leadership as well as the selection, cultivation and retention of talents. Theories in the book were reprocessed and transmitted to students through game interaction, manual vitality and brainstorming.
The actual combat simulation sand table drill focusing on overseas operation risk management was to put these theories into practice. Through intuitive experience of an international business battlefield that could provoke the multi-dimensional perspective of management, the course would help these country managers to improve their international vision and awareness of business risk management. Further, it also enhanced the operation ability and strategic implementation ability of overseas management and operation teams.
Continuous intensive training courses and well-prepared creative games are a collision of ideas and improvement of ability for all the students, whether in terms of ideas, business or process. These participants will also become ambassadors to spread useful knowledge and skills to more members in the team.
